At DocuCare ® we utilize state of art shredders which produce confetti-style small sized cross cut shreds, which ensure the confidentiality of your information.
Speed, efficiency and cost saving
The cutting edge technology of our shredders facilitates a quicker, economical, high volume destruction process which is cost efficient compared to doing the shredding in-house.
How it works
We will provide you with a suitable container to collect your sensitive documents. You can choose from shredding lockers, tote bins on wheels with locks or open top containers. DocuCare® will pick up the containers on a preset schedule, in steel bodied, secure trucks and transport it to our shredding facility. All material will be promptly destroyed within four hours.
On-site premium shredding service
We also provide document destruction service on-site at your location on request. This option is considerably more expensive than off-site shredding.
Tracking certificate
For off-site shredding, DocuCare® will provide you a certificate that lists the date and time your materials were picked up, the transit time to our secure receiving facility and the exact time that they were destroyed. |
