Security measures
We value the trust you place in us when you utilize our storage services. To that end, Docucare has instituted multiple levels of security access control with monitored key card entry and a computerized transaction control system.
Fire safety
The safety of your media files is our top priority. The DocuCare® building has a Class A, 4 hour NFPA fire rating and is equipped with a dedicated, proactive fire protection system. In case the fire re-ignites, the system is designed for more than one extinguisher which will douse the flames in the specific hazardous area. It shuts down when there is no detection of smoke or fire.
Controlled temperature and humidity
The environment in the storage vault matches industry standards. Temperature is kept at a constant 20°C with 50% humidity, maintained by dedicated HVAC equipment. Maintaining the right conditions is very important for long term storage, because this affects the legibility and integrity of your media.
These measures will ensure that your media files are stored in mint condition even years from now, when you need to access them.
